History

Established in January 2014, Lereca Monik, a visionary development professional wanted to create a platform to help nonprofit agencies further advance their social causes.   She learned that the key to creating the impact communities sought was to connect resources and build relationships.  

Our boutique consulting firm has helped organizations access more than millions in grants from foundations, corporations, individuals, and small businesses to support projects that advance social causes.  We have worked on projects ranging from youth development to disaster response. 

Our key to success is simple, we understand the power of relationship building, innovative fundraising solutions, and donor intent.   We listen to the needs of our philanthropic investors and match them to not for profit’s missions to move the work forward in our communities.
